Qualification Summary:
Licensed Practical Nurse with five years experience. Assigned duties to professional and ancillary nursing personnel based on resident needs, available staff and unit needs. Supervised and evaluated work performance in terms of resident care, staff relations and efficiency of service. Oversaw nursing care unit, administers medications and treatments in accordance with physicians orders. Made rounds and maintains a safe environment for residents and staff.
